If you read the verses below, hopefully that makes you think before putting any chip in your hand or wherever. Honestly, where's your self respect to begin with? A convenient life is a selfish life, think about it. We've done fine thus far without crazyness like this. It's degrading to Human beings, kills liberties and freedoms

Interesting notes, but I think all of those points are relative to who is "tagging" you and what protections you have regarding the broadcasting of the tag. This is also purely speculative.
