simple way to explain that is a cup with ice tea on a warm day .. cup is cold and water in the air sticks to the outside of the cup .. same happens with that cold coil inside your home when the warmer air is passed over it

Ones in england have them like half way up the buildings and only in shops usally, some times bigger building like schools have them in the room. |
