Finally we get to see iceman in his ice form, but no ice slide. I also refuse to belive that psylocke was in this. That was obviously not her power. Comics psylocke is wicked powerfull with her psi katana from her hands!

you know all the stuff you're mentioning are things that fans would appreciate but you don't need them at all.

this ending was so retarded. Anyone who reads the comics knows that Storm and Jean are best friends. Storm acted like she didnt give a damn about her, and why isn't Jean buried next to the Prof? She is his fav student, not Scott. She knew Xavier longer than anyone. I'm mad they didn't show Jean's best friend getting hit by a car and dying. Thats what made her crazy. My friends saw this movie and were like "I hate Jean, she's just angry for no reason. Thanks Brett Ratner, you're an idiot.

I know I'm mad about that! I love Alan! He was great, I think he might have read the script and was like "screw that". I read that somewhere.

I like 90s Jean Grey from the comics. She wasn't insanely powerful to the point where it makes things boring (unless she's evil) but she could still stop jumbo jets in mid-flight and her TK shields were really strong. The x-men really worked as a team and complemented each others' weaknesses. I was really happy Psylocke died in this. Ahahhaha!!! No personality, I hate her.

if they do go with the whole clone thing i will be pissed, IF they make a 4th x-men movie (aside from Wolverine). thats something i hated about the dark phoenix saga from the comics, it was like "oh it really wasn't Jean, but her mind was with Phoenix, blah blah blah". I think the 1st animated show handled the Phoenix thing very well. Dont get me wrong I love the Phoenix, but whenever it comes around it seems like Jean has to leave for a long time and that makes me sad =( |
