The idea I think is that she is going to break up with her lover ("I'm leaving you for the last time baby"), hence "When I get to Warwick Avenue". The way I interpret it is that she's going to Warwick Avenue to dump a guy who she loves but who treats her poorly, probably why she's crying. Who knows.
