In the show, as well as comics, he is his step brother. His father married Xavier's mother mainly for her wealth and somewhat disowned Xavier, which Xavier only found out years later when the Ruby of Cyttorak was removed from Cain Marko (Juggernaut) and Xavier read his mind in order to communicate with Cain.

I realized that he wasn't that big, his in a muscle suit....hollywood is full of shit!!! y couldn't they get somebody who is actually big....vader, brock lesnar somebody!!!... but naw jus an actor with too many props....movies has gone from great..to ok..to WTF!!!...chessy ass pre-made actors!!!!

I want the Juggernaut w/ the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak. So he is not a mutant, so... They also already established The Phoenix - which is not mutant in origin (only Jean Grey is mutant) - so give me a REAL Juggernaut. It looked lame as hell when he kicks Wolverine 20 ft or so. It should have been much further or through more houses or something.

juggy would have looked alot better if the makers used special FX like the new hulk movie instead of a real person! how they beat him in the end of the movie was very lame!! they didnt check his background they just hollywood his azz like they do most marvel movies. Man... stick too the script!!!!

He is a avatar of of a demon with vast cosmic power, he is not a mutant although since he is with mutants so often he is often thought to be one.

Juggy was allways my favorite villian. I cant belive we dident see more of him in the movie. He should have had a brawl with colossus in x-3. And yeah it suck that they made him a mutant!
