I really think this song is about a stage in your life where you feel overwhelmed with so much(whatever it may be)& you just wanna give up,(into the ocean end it all) But just when your about to(im as cold as cold can be), you realize what you have & what you've been taking for granted.(I thought of just your face, relaxed & floated into space).. You learn to love yourself & your loved ones more than ever & simply realize how lovely life really is.
