I believe some of the money go to Israel to use for suppressing the Palestinian and other Arabs countries. When Wa Mu went bankrupt, Why the Fed didn't give the money directly to Wa Mu to stay alive, but gave $30B to JPMorgan to buy Wa Mu? This is because JPMorgan is owned by David Rockefeller one of the outstanding Big Zionists in USA.
