The copyright owner has four options:1. Statistics about the videos (this still means the video can get removed!)2. Putting advertisement of their SenseAd account on your video3. Keep it like it is and don't care4. Get the video removedSome labels already understood it makes sense to put advertisement on it ... It is not YouTube's choice ... they only react by order of the copyright owner.If you disagree you can send a Counter Notice to YouTube to get it solved with UMG

Copyright is copyright ... if you don't have the permission of UMG to use their music then you simply violate their copyright of that song.Even if UMG is uploading their music videos here doesn't mean that you're allowed to use their music without their permission.My suggestion: check for some CC licensed music. If their license don't allow derivative works then ask for their permission to use it otherwise you will again violate a copyright.Replace the music and post the video again
