they left it open in 5 because hoffman framed everything on the other detective, then destroyed all traces of his body, which basically puts HIM off the hook. as well, he can continue to do jigsaw's work, and not even be known, also, jigsaw left that box for his ex-wife, that it never said anything about.

i half agree with u, while i like the brief, mentally disruptive segments, the story line just al the more freaks me out.

This is the first thing that had to with Saw to be produced, it was made by the Executive Producer of the Saw series, Leigh Whannell, who also plays Adam in Saw I, this was to show other producers the potential Saw could have so it could be made into a movie. They liked it, so they made a low budget movie after it, and Saw I was born, this was the original.

Whoa, this was better than the actual movie. I love things that are this brief and disturbing, but when they drag them out, it just gets old.
