thnxs a lot hi again lorraine sorry for botherin you again but i have a new healthy regimen i will be using the creme of nature shampoo and the ors replenishing pak but i also want to use aphogee keratin 2 minute reconstructor would it be best to use the two or just use the reconstrucor every now and again and also could you tell me a good leave in conditioner

Personally I love ORS replenishing pak, it's very moisturizing, and it strengthens my hair. So I think you can use it weekly, or you can mix an moisturizing conditioner into the rotation.

and another quick question is that is it ok to use the ORS replenishing pak as a every week condtioner or will that over protein your hair. and if not what would be a good weekly conditioner.

hi lorraine just 1 quick question i use a conditioner that just needs to be put in for 3 mins but is it ok to use the ORS repenishing pak after for deep conditioning
