no...A talkbox is a tube that hooks onto a microphone that blows sound into your mouth that will reverb back into the microphone.What hes using is just a keyboard with a mouth piece, set to a saxaphone patch, and blows air to regulate note length and volume. Basically a sax but you play the notes on a keyboard.
