yah you can but if you want to make sure on playing it on good settings go to google and search 'can you run it' it shows system requirements.

most likely...as long as your graphics card has directX 9.0c (i think it does)it will prob only work on low settings though

yeah, maybe, but not at ultra-high setting.8400GS, isn't that good of a card, it does have Dx10, but that's probaly the only good think about it.
