To jason, this song deals with his relationship with his family. For me and probably a lot more others, I like to think of it as a lost relationship with a guy and a girl. The lyrics are general on purpose and you can find whatever meaning you want. That's what makes art so wonderful. well i tend to think i understand it pretty well...the song is clearly about a guy who lost a girl he really cared about. and then the last chorus is maybe a fantasy about them being together again or something...read the lyrics it's pretty clear. don't just go off of the video lol cause this is not what the song's about
