Dear or.,It is in fact not aginst projectors, but the perpetrator's offending public decency etc..If public decency is offended by someone using a projector the projector is merely a device..The fellow using the device has the thought which offends public decency, and it is the fellow merely revealing the thought, which is the offence..Likewise all terrorists; citizens are nowadays protected from the NOTION of an act against public decency etc..Cheers.from,del-boy.
