I agree this is not right, But I do have one question, what makes these so different than CATTLE,HOGS,BABY PIGGIES,KIDS,Goats, Baby duckies and so on, those animals are sold the same way. AT LEAST AT THIS AUCTION TAPED THE AUCTIONER TELLS PEOPLE THAT THE ANIMAL IS INJUIRED OR HAS HERNIA.. Go to actual animal auctions auctioneers dont tell anything bad about the animal...HOW ABOUT PIGS COMING OUT TO BE SOLD WITH RUPTURES THE SIZE OF SOFTBALLS, or baby goats draggin one of ther legs...

Animals have done nothing to deserve this;its horrific.plus;the morons who insist on specially bred dogs are contributing to this practice.Unbelievable!!!!

blaming the USDA for these kinds of things is a lot like blaming the cops for every drunken driver that hits someone. you can't be in every place at all times, and when they are there, it's a hostile situation (notice the people cheering when the inspector was driven out). it's a thankless, underpaid, crappy gov't job. blame the people that drive the market - those that insist on "purebred" dogs, regardless of the quality or horrible source.
