yeah but Usain could have also gotten 7 golds and had 7 Wrs had their been more events in sprinting, if the olypmics selected events such as 150m, 300m, 60m, etc then Usain bolt would have more golds than phelps. The only reason phelps has more golds is because there are more events in swimming not becasue he's a better athlete
