thats fucking scary balls!!! and yes wolf spiders ar like a quarter of that size. they are the ones with the little legs and the big squishy thing on their backs, i have had two in my back yard

oh and Physcol, the reason for spiders over bugs..is because bugs destroy things such as trees, wood on homes, etc. Spiders however...only eat other bugs. LOL!

yotub001, Are those funnel web spiders aggressive and go after you at all or are they more submissive and just go hide if you go near them? I think I'v come to understand that most spiders here in canada will not bite unless provoked, scared or aggressive, otherwise if I put my hand out...they'll just crawl up, check me out and I can put them down again and they'll go away without biting me.
