Hillary 300 mill Obama 100 mill in earmarks just for there own spending on stupid shit. Hillary the most earmarks and Obama the not far behind in 2nd. The democrats siad they were going to cut spending when the got control of the senate. this is the highest amount ever used for earmarks. oh and Macaine 0$ worth of earmarks.
