I'm pretty sure he was parodying the "Little Red Book", a collection of Chairman Mao's quotations and speeches which every Chinese citizen was required to read.

Thanks Thorn2200, these are better than Izzards originals. He's pretty good, but the little actions of the Playmobile people have captured and perfected the movements and translation superbly. Brilliant. |
