ok fair enough well id consider it because they are cheap and very good and most probably have the sound your looking for. i dunt no what sound your trying to describe but If your looking for the enter shikari kind of sound then you will easily find that because enter shikari use the micro korg i dunno well good luck with finding a suitable synth give us a shout i u need help

Yeah i had a look at a few, but most of the poeple are just demonstrating their abilities to either play weird and obscure sounds, or "Jump" by Van Halen.But thanks a lot buddy.

erm no your not being picky really. With The micro korg you can get it to sound like you want it to sound they have preset sounds and you can modify them, do what ever you want with them. It also has a vocoder a mod wheel and a pitch shifting wheel and knobs that you can turn to put delay etc etc on your sound if your a beginner i would recommend it because it is good value for money. Check out some videos on you tube tht will show u the sounds it makes

Could you say get a sound similar to the riff played by the synth in this vid. It's just i'm really trying to go for that sort of "normal" sound that you'd hear in a poprock song, and not a sort of dancey, 80's Van Halen sound. Or am i being too picky? lolThanks

i have a micro korg they are pretty good if your just starting out you can get a diffrent range of sounds for the price and you can do alot with it check it out
